Partnership is at the heart of Central Valley School of Ministry. We not only partner with you, our sponsors, and donors but also with local churches in the Central Valley. So it’s worth understanding what we mean by partnership and how we do it.

Partnership should achieve a vision that is mutually desired and that cannot be achieved by any one partner alone. It is not simply having donors and supporters of CVSOM. It is about working together on something that we both care about and can’t do alone. Our shared mission is to equip local churches with more leaders from within their own ministry context, thus advancing the Kingdom of God. With this in mind, this is how we define partnership:

“A CVSOM partnership is a collaborative and mutually beneficial relationship between CVSOM and the local church for the purpose of training and equipping new leaders to do the work of the Ministry in Jesus’ name beyond the capacity of either partner individually.”
