Pastoral Reference
The application will require a personal reference from a Pastor or Clergy member. Please secure permission from your reference before you submit their contact information. CVSOM will contact them with a link to fill out the reference form online. You will need their Name, best contact number, their email address and how long you have known them.
Christian Friend or Mentor Reference
The application will also require a personal reference from a Christian friend or mentor who is not a Pastor or Clergy member, and not a relative or family member. Please secure permission from your reference before you submit their contact information. CVSOM will contact them with a link to fill out the reference form online. You will need their name, best contact number, their email address and how long you have known them.
